Kirk was new to the Pensacola area, when he received the request for an estimate for my job. He gave me a call, and asked if I was available for him to come over to see the job. After agreeing on a estimate, date and time he was eager to get started. Letting me know that, "he would do a great job." He kept his promise, he did a "GREAT JOB." Pressure washing the front of my townhouse, walls and siding, interior fence, sidewalk, and parking area. I am very excited about the finished work, and will be using him when I need any other work done. He worked very hard until work was completed, and even did a few extra requests. Kirk is very conscientious, caring and a very hard worker. Very glad I hired him for the job...I will use him again, and will recommend him to my friends. THANK YOU Kirk!!!!

Kirk and his brother are professional, prompt and personable. In spite of the humidity and occasional rain shower, the were in a good mood and worked well together. They completed the job of power washing the driveway, sidewalk and curbs quickly. Exterior of the house was done quickly as well and it made the aging vinyl siding look like new. They even washed the bricks surrounding a raised flower bed I have in the front yard. I'm a happy camper. I also hired him to come back and do my decks.

Cedar Wood Fence Staining - power washed fence to remove mildew and dirt. Attention to the surroundings was done and plastic coverings were used to protect the pool and other fixtures while the stain was being applied. Status updates were given throughout the process. Great job! 2. Roof Shingles Cleaning - sprayed solution to remove mildew and dirt. Recommendation to perform this process was suggested to me. Wow! I thought I was going to have to replace the shingles. Now they look as good as new! 3. Garage, Driveway and Sidewalk - power washed to remove mildew and dirt. Well done!

We hired Total Kurb Appeal to power wash our roof, excellent job! We also hired the company to stein our driveway and our shutters.
