They aerated my lawn and did a great job, exactly as I ask. They made recommendations as to products to use to control moss, how much lime to spread along with the appropriate grass seed to use. They were at my house exactly as they said they would. I will definitely hire them again.

These guys (and sometimes a girl, too) are the best. My house is on the river and the storm in October really messed up my yard. They swept in and cleaned up the trash and debris - they carried off a dump truck load. They treat your yard like it was their own.

Scott and his team was very professional. Scott always responded to requests within a 24 hour period, many times within a couple of hours. If he could not accommodate a last minute request for a particular day, he would always make sure that he would always respond with his availability. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a lawn care company that is consistent and provides excellent service.

We are a rehabilitation outpatient facility who chose this company to maintain our grounds over a year ago. We have been very pleased with their work, and cost of their services , rendered. If we have a problem to arise they have always responded in a timely manner. We had a accident in our parking lot that caused a lot of debris and some damage to our landscaping. We called them immediately, and they had the job done in less than two hours. Scott is very customer service oriented and we would recommend them to anyone.

The project was actually removal of a small tree and clearing/removing brush on embankment. They kept in touch about the project and accomodated us when we requested changes to the original estimate. They are professional and polite, and they go over and above what is requested. We will be hiring them again.

Scott and his son do a great job on our lawn. It was pretty sad when we purchased the house, but they got it standing proud. They cut and maintain our lawn and it is so pretty. They are hardworking, and honest.

This company is great to work with and do an excellent job on my yard. This is the first time I've hired someone instead of doing it myself. They come every 7-10 days and no matter how long the grass is it looks great when they finish. They've pulled up overgrown shrubs that no longer looked good and replanted for me and mulched the area. They're definitely top notch in my book.

I hired this father, and son team. Using the Henrico Police as an example of character, only reflects poorly on the police department. They are unreliable, and their work is not up to par. I'm looking to hire someone else. You should also.

"Mr. W hired Total Landscape Care, LLC to perform a yard clean up. He was pleased with the work and subsequently requested weekly lawn service, a total landscape revitalization, and an annual contract. After working with Mr. W for more than a month, we determined that Mr. W was not the type of client we wished to work with; he was extremely demanding and nothing seemed to please him. We like to enjoy working with our clients, and I believe our work and the reviews of our clients speak for themselves. It is unfortunate Mr. W feels this way, and is the reason why we no longer provide service to him."
