they were professional and accommodating ininstalling the unit. . . I don't know how the a/c actually is doing since installation because it is not a house that I am living in but sold to someone else.

The service was quick and done with professionalism. The upper pan was blown out and no longer leaking water. I was told by the service man that the company was going to get back with me with a quote to replace the lower AC drain pan. I have not heard a word from them on this.

Amazing company. Called within 1 minute of submitting my request with ServiceMagic. Was very helpful in dealing with my tenants and with myself (while I am in another state). Very friendly, very helpful....a rare breed in New Orleans. Came out and looked at the problem and told me a much less expensive means of fixing it than I had been told by another "professional." I can't say enough about this company. I just wish I had found them years ago!
