The house in general was a decent build. I do love my home for the most part. But it took nearly two and half years to get a punch list completed for which he finally agreed to let me find another contractor to complete. He was overwhelmed with other obligations and I made room for that since everyone in the country seemed to be having to find a different way of doing business when Covid hit in 2020. Business everywhere was struggling and as I knew his story and what he was facing so I gave grace and understanding. Besides, that I thought we had established a friendship but I guess I was wrong. There is so many levels to this that has lingered on over what has been three years now that I canâ  t put it all in this review; but the gist of this is, 3 years later and I still have unfinished work. Iâ  ve gotten quotes to the tune of $50k to have the construction mistakes corrected. He has ignored my repeated calls and text messages to rectify the situation and now Iâ  m moving forward legally. I have all the text messages from where he promised and agreed but has not showed up to close out his obligations. Itâ  s sad that it has gone this way. Iâ  ve been too understanding and now Iâ  m getting shorted.

Eric and his workers are absolutely superior. They are kind, respectful, and very professional. We enjoyed working with them on the addition to our bedroom. We are very pleased with the work and are enjoying the addition very much!

My garage was severely damaged when a pickup truck drove through the door. Eric and his team repaired the garage interior and exterior structural damages and installed a new door system in just a few days. Great value, excellent workmanship and customer responsiveness. Highly recommended.

My hall bath did not have a window in it and Eric and his crew installed one over the bath tub. They also painted. They did a beautiful job at a reasonable price and you couldn't ask for nicer people. I will definately use them again on future projects.

Was ready to start work as quickly as possible. Made sure flooring as safe under tub after other flooring was gutted. Very friendly and curtious.

I actually have already recommended him to friends and family, He does excellent work, he is always available, they get the work done efficiently without compromising quality, does everything that you ask for, and then some. There is a clear line of communication. Overall he exceeds expectations.
