I saved over $100 with Total Pest Solutions. Johnny was the first person to call me. Not to mention the lowest priced. He talked to me like I was a real person while others sounded like they read from a script. He surpassed our expectations as far as the work he did around our house. Not enough good things to say about Johnny and total pest solutions. I never leave reviews, but he deserved it.

This is the worst Pest control I have ever worked with. They basically took my money. The customer service was terrible and they did not act professional at all. They were not on time and they did not even finish the job. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Initially I was excited about working with TPS, they said that they would treat the voles in my yard until they were gone. This was difficult job for 2 reasons, close homes to mine had them as well, and my whole yard had problems. They assured me that they would treat the whole yard, that never happened even though I pointed out all the areas where voles existed. I am an unhappy customer, my yard still has voles, and they are really bad.

They were very courteous and informative. Warned that anyone with asthma shouldn't be in the home for a certain amount of time. This applied to me. This showed they're caring people. I'm thankful. No more wasps in the attic!
