Steve the owner was responsive to my inquiry same day, had two gentleman (Chris + Joe) who came out the next morning. Explained things thoroughly, frankly were perfectionists and job well done! I have my beautiful new Moen single basin giant undermount stainless steel sink, Moen high arc faucet and soap dispenser. I m staring at it like a new car! Thanks Steve, Chris and Joe!

TPS came out to install a gas line for our fireplace and flush our water heater in an attempt to remove debris we were finding in our hot water. The gas line install came out great, but when we found the debris wasn't is gone, we called Steve to let him know. After some troubleshooting over the phone, he agreed to come out again and replace a stretch of flex line which we suspected could have been deteriorating internally. TPS came out and replaced the flex line with copper, free of charge, even though that wasn't in the original scope of work. The debris is now gone. The cost was very reasonable, and it's rare to find that paired with quality customer service. I couldn't recommend them more.

I am in the sales, marketing and customer service business. So I know good customer service and customer satisfaction. What more can you say about Steve the owner and Andrew his associate. Both the quality of work and service were extraordinary. They were also inordinately friendly to deal with. It is one thing to do good work and quite another to stand behind your work. Andrew worked on a very complex water main issue - several months later there was an issue with the water main and both Andrew and Steve came back it until this complex problem was fixed. In fact Steve and Andrew came back the next morning at 7am to make sure the issue was resolved. What more can you say except Steve would be my first call if you were looking for a plumber. On one last not the three times I needed help the first two times Andrew was here within an hour and when there was a problem Steve was here in 15 minutes. That is exemplary service.

We had a double porcelain sink replaced by single stainless steel sink. They were fast, professional and clean. They got the a great price on the sink and garbage disposal. I would hire them again.
