I would never recommend this company. Jim took my money would not tell me where he purchased salt generator, moved equipment which came undone, Jim will not stand behind his work or return calls. The work was only done a month ago. It was a terrible experience. Iâ m left with equipment that does not work & no recourse. Except to sue them. Do not use Jim or total pool care!,,,â ¦ anonymous Also refused to give any kind of receipt for all the work done & brand new equipment

Jim and his right hand man Vladimir are professional and very knowledgeable about pool repair. They showed up when they said the would and did a very professional repair job. I was very impressed that Jim did not try to over sell this repair. It was very complicated, but Jim recommended we take a realistic approach to the repair. It was expertly repaired and is now better than it was new. I will now have Total Pool Care back to close and then open my pool every year. I highly recommend this company.
