They did a good job. Were a bit messy, and did not clean up 100 percent of their mess. Communication was lacking a bit when work was getting done and when we could expect the next steps to be completed.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars all around is because the pool isn't finished as yet due to other patio work I am havign completed. The crew came and chipped out all the old plaster and tile.. It's ready for the final phase as soon as I am!

Chipout crew was awesome. Communication and appointment times less than desireable. Price was very reasonable and in the end I was happy. My few issues...I was the one who noticed my old pool light was bad and when i asked them to install a new one I was told to get someone else because they didnt have an electrician? What pool remodel company can't put in a pool light? I also needed to have a new slab put under my pump and ask if they had someone who could also install a slab under my pump and was told again no not really. The laguna blue micropebble looks decent at best but there is very little pop to it even in bright sun. Hard to tell fm small sample. Ii should has asked to see a finished pool. The price was good the work was timely.I would still hire them again.
Response by Arizona Pool and Spa Renovations: Jeff, thanks for the review. We do have an electrician who does all of our pool lights. We can change that out any time. We we're simply saying that we wouldn't have the light in before the pool interior was finished which is still no problem we can change a light out any time. The slab for the equipment we also can change, we normally advise people to do that when or if you are doing a sand change or changing out equipment since we would have to remove the existing equipment to put a new slab under it. Hope you're enjoying the pool and thanks for your business!
