This concerned replacing bluestone. He was initially responsive but, as a couple of issues came up, his response time became poor and he seemed reluctant to remedy the situation. One of the issues regarded cleanup and stainage in which he questioned that the origin of the problem was in any way related to the job. He did eventually come back. However, one year after he completed the job, I noticed cracks in the mortar joints. Thinking this premature and assuming a one year implied warranty, I sent him an email but received no response. It seems to me that at least the professional courtesy of a response was indicated.

they were the only contractor that showed up ! the others never retuned my calls. dana was very professional and pleasant. i'd still like to get 2 other estimates.

Pick up happened as discussed and scheduled. Owner, Dana, very pleasant on the phone. He is storing boxes until end of August and delivering them to new residence in Boston. Can rate fairly after all services have been provided but good rating thus far.

Completed work quickly and when a minor issue was identified, they respponded quickly and took care of it

Total Pro removed shrubs, trees, and installed a patio, sod, fence, and new plantings for us. Did a wonderful job. Good communication, did everything well, on time, within budget, and with a great attitude. Very happy with the way the project went. I'd highly recommend Total Pro for all gardening needs.

They repaired our front walkway. They finnished very quickly and did an excellent job. I highly recomend them and would definitely use them again.

Dana did much of the leg work including permits which was a difficult process to say the least. The work crew did a great job with the wall and Dana made suggestions as needed. Overall very happy with their work.

The work was done very well, but I had to keep an eye on things, as some of the projects were not being done exactly as the estimate was written out. I appreciated all their hard work as they were out there everyday in 90 degree heat. Dana was also very polite and was easy to get in contact with.
