he was alful I need to redo the gates he installed never again. showed up one day at 5:30 tried using head lights to work and flashlight should of never been paid.

Repair or Service a Fridge, Freezer or Ice Maker
Joseph McDanel showed up about an hour late and that was the good part. I needed a light bulb changed in a built in microwave and he assured me he could do it for $50 to $75. He attempted to fix it and I really got nervous whern he started prying and bending parts with a screwdriver. After a 1/2 hour or so he put some things back together and said that he had to go to Lowes for some parts and instructions and would be right back. That was 11 days ago and I have not heard anything, not even a call. Obviously he is in way over his head!!!!!

The job that was completed was pretty good. The follow up was very poor. He said he would be back the same day to complete the job by securing the end caps on the gutters. He never showed up then nor has he come back. We paid him before he left. We also gave him opportunity to quote another job. He said he would have that to us by Wednesday. That didn't happen either. He has not come back or given us the courtesy of a phone call. We will not be recommending him to anyone.
