Carlos is a gifted and charismatic salesman. Unfortunately, his skills as a mason are substantially less positive. After less than 3 years, we have had to redo much of what he did (with a much better mason) after there were very serious grading and grout deterioration issues. While he is a likeable guy, he is definitely not worth hiring for masonry work.

They were terrific. He is great with excellent personal service. Work done quickly, cleanly, and professionally.

Before hiring Carlos, cars and passers-by would slow down to stare at my front yard. This was not a good thing. The condition of my property when Carlos took over the job was, lets say, "challenging." I met with Carlos during the summer; and it wasn't until almost November when I made the right decision to work with Carlos. Carlos and his crew are simply outstanding. It was great to work with someone who takes such pride in his craft. Carlos sent photos almost daily and stayed in close communication throughout the project. His crew was on site everyday, uninterrupted, until the project was completed. Project scope: repair grade to front and backyard, install sod, replace inoperable irrigation system, build ornamental wall, replace gutter system on front of house, and add a cultec drainage system in backyard. The project is completed and I'm more than satisfied. Yesterday I caught a landscaper slowing down to stare at my front yard as he drove through! Thank you Carlos!

I've hired Total Property Services on several occasions, most recently to install a privacy fence and perform various masonry repairs, but also to widen my driveway and install a retaining wall many years ago. Carlos is a total professional, and easy to deal with. I know when I hire his company the work will be done promptly, and it will be done right.

Carlos was able to transform my back yard in under a week. He completely ripped out all the rocks, bushes, and roots, installed an irrigation system, sprinkler system (in the front and back yard), laid down top end sod, and cleaned my gutters all in 5 days. I found Carlos to be professional, personable, and reliable. I received quotes from several contractors but felt most comfortable with Carlos and I am very happy with my investment.

Carlos was very thorough in explaining what caused the erosion, how to correct it, and most of all, how to prevent it from happening again. Carlos has a wealth of knowledge and handled unforeseen obstacles with ease. It was a pleasure to work with Carlos and his crew. We will definitely hire Total Property Services for future projects. We had our erosion problem corrected, new vinyl fencing installed and they repaired 300' of chain link fencing.
