Total Remodeling & Repair, LLC

They were responsive to any questions or concerns I had before during and after install They communicated every step of the way from start date material drop off and removal. The installers were great as well. Very courteous and kept the mess cleaned up before leaving every night. The gentlemen that did the install worked long and hard started promptly at 8 and didn't leave until 6. I was impressed form beginning to end. Highly recommend them for any home remodeling needs. And absolutely LOVE the new siding!!! I also used Total Remodeling LLC for my house's windows, and again give them a 5 star review, Great people!!

The installing craftsman was excellent. The result is perfect.

Total Remodeling installed gutter protection on my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The team was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. My gutters look great, and I love knowing I won’t have to worry about cleaning them out every season. The quality of the materials and installation really shows everything was done perfectly. I highly recommend Total Remodeling to anyone looking for a hassle-free gutter solution!

Total Remodeling just finished redoing my bathroom, and I absolutely love it! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and really paid attention to every detail. The whole process was smooth, and the results are even better than I imagined. My bathroom looks amazing modern, clean, and exactly what I wanted. I’d highly recommend Total Remodeling to anyone thinking about updating their home!

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Home Remodeling, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The team was professional, efficient, and attentive to detail throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and ensured that everything was completed to perfection. My bathroom now looks stunning — modern, clean, and beautifully finished. I highly recommend Home Remodeling to anyone seeking quality workmanship and exceptional service.

Lies from day one. Just had the inspection done today on this $17k nightmare (we only paid $10k of it because the job wasn't complete). We tried to work with them and all I got was that I was causing the problems and they would approve the things that needed to be fixed. You don't get to approve what I paid for and have to live in. Perhaps they shouldn't hire folks with no skills who wrecked this bathroom. I'm sure the pictures they advertise on their website wasn't done by these folks they sent here. We want our money back and they can come and rip down this mess. $17k for shower fixtures, the shower skin and shower floor, floors and walls. If you want to hire these folks, record all calls, messages, conversations and the in home visit first. Many more pictures. Disgusted!!!!!

I had Total Remodeling handle several projects in my home, and when Nick came out, he helped me budget everything in a way that made it affordable without settling for cheap quality. Nick came out and was extremely thorough. He even showed me hidden damage from a bathtub leak behind the wall that I didn?t know about. They completely changed both of my bathrooms, and I was finally able to get rid of that outdated 1970s pink look, and the results are better than I expected honestly. They also helped me out with my front door, and I was able to completely customize the door and added new windows on both sides of it. About two months later, I had Nick back again to do my roof and gutters, which also came out fantastic. I couldn?t be happier with the work, I have no complaints, and I?m already looking forward to having them back in the spring to redo my kitchen!

The sales rep showed up on time, and they called me the next day after I signed the contract. The job was finished just a few days later. The gutters feel really sturdy, the installer even physically showed me how strong they were after the install.

Happy with the consultant. Took his time, gave different options, colors etc. install was clean and neat. Very happy

From start to finish, everything went great. Highly recommend Total Remodeling.

I went with Total after a local contractor left my bathroom half-finished and completely ghosted me. It was such a stressful situation, but this company really came through for us. Everyone was professional, understanding, and got the job done quick and did it right. Thank you for turning this disaster around!

I just had my bathroom remodeled, and honestly, I?m thrilled with how it turned out. The whole process went way smoother than I expected. The team was super easy to work with and they really listened to what I wanted and had some great ideas I hadn?t even thought of. Everyone showed up on time, kept things as clean as possible, and stayed in touch throughout the project so I always knew what was going on. The quality of the work is awesome ? the tile looks amazing, the new vanity totally upgrades the space, and everything was installed really well. They finished on time and stuck to the budget, which was a huge relief. Now the bathroom feels like a mini spa, and I actually enjoy being in there (which I couldn?t say before!). I?ve already recommended them to a couple of friends and would 100% hire them again for another project. If you?re thinking about remodeling your bathroom, go for it! I?m so glad I did.

We just had our bathroom remodeled by Total Remodeling and honestly, it was such a great experience. Getting someone out to the house was super easy, and from there the whole process was quick and smooth. No stress, no runaround?just really straightforward. The team was awesome to work with, and they actually listened to what we wanted. Now that it?s all done, the bathroom looks amazing! We?re so happy with how everything turned out and really glad we made the choices we did. Definitely would work with them again if we do another project. Highly recommend!

I couldn?t be happier with my bathroom remodel! From start to finish, this company was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. The team showed up on time every day, kept the work area clean, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They helped bring my vision to life, offering great suggestions along the way and staying true to both my style and budget. The quality of the work is outstanding ? everything from the tile work to the fixtures was done with precision and care. I?ve gotten so many compliments on the finished space, and honestly, it feels like a spa now. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. They truly went above and beyond!

Honest, upfront, quick, quality work. Would use again and recommend. No flashy presentation, just figured out what I needed and offered a solution.

Had three companies come out and Total was the only one that offered a full gut and remodel. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and seemed to really care. The crew was clean, respectful, and got it done in under five days. No complaints at all

They did a very nice job. Showed up right on time. What a difference going from the old tub to a custom shower. Even my husband was impressed

Did a beautiful job exactly as was described very happy with results

I booked my appointment with the girl at the Western Mass Home Show in West Springfield. She was the nicest person to talk to. Such a neat personality! Then the man who came to my house was so professional. He was cool with my dogs and he really broke down what my bathroom was going to look like and how it was going to be done. The installers were very proficient. Installed my bathroom very quickly! Then they cleaned up their mess so nicely. I didn't have to pick up after them at all. I was surprised how smoothly everything went. I was expecting some kind of hiccup that would throw a wrench in the works, but nope! Everything went as expected. My family and I were very happy that we had Total come to help us out. I would recommend them anytime!

No high pressure sales pitch. Not long winded, pretty much just asked me questions to hear what was important to me then showed me the way to achieve it. Really easy company to work with, have them doing my parents roof next month. Would and have recommended.

They did a beautiful job very very happy with the work done. Came right on time cleaned up after themselves very satisfied. Looks great and works beautifully

I can?t say enough good things about my experience with Total Remodeling! My bathroom was seriously outdated ? we?re talking original tile from the '70s ? and I knew it was time for a full remodel. I wanted to get rid of the old tub and upgrade to a walk-in shower, and honestly, I?m still blown away by how amazing everything turned out. From the very first meeting, the team made me feel like I was in good hands. I had met with a few other companies before making my decision, but Total Remodeling stood out right away. They really listened to what I wanted and gave great suggestions without being pushy. The whole process was quick, smooth, and totally stress-free. The crew showed up on time every day, kept everything clean, and the attention to detail was next level. Now my bathroom looks like something out of a magazine ? I still can?t believe it?s mine! If you?re even thinking about remodeling your bathroom, don?t waste your time shopping around like I did ? just call Total Remodel

I recently had my gutters replaced by Total Remodeling, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through all my options and helped me pick the best gutter system for my home, including adding some much-needed protection to keep leaves and debris out. The installation was quick and seamless ? they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done. I can already tell the difference after a few heavy rainstorms ? the water flows perfectly, and I have peace of mind knowing my home is better protected. If you?re thinking about replacing your gutters or adding gutter protection, I highly recommend giving Total Remodeling a call. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Thank you again for the amazing work!

My mom?s bathtub was extremely outdated, and there was mold growing around the caulking. I knew it was time for her to definitely get rid of it. Total Remodeling was incredibly accommodating to my mother?s disabilities. They installed a walk-in shower with a built-in seat and grab bars instead of a traditional tub so she can use it on her own. They had great communication with my mom throughout the whole thing and the entire project was done very quickly.

I was able to obtain a great service for an affordable price. Scott was very helpful and willing to make things work out. Happy customer
