He kept his appointment he was on time he did everything he said he would he spent more than 2 hours there looking at every inch of the property he rushed the appraisal as we had previously hired a very non-professional appraiser he returned my ph calls he updated me and was a great communicator!

I specifically spine to Tim about why we wanted an appraisal and he said that it would work but after talking with my mortgage company they stated that any appraiser would know that a mortgage company hires their own appraisers and the home owner can not be the one to pick an appraiser so this guy took my money knowing full well I couldn't use the info for the purpose I apine to him about
