This company was also dispatched by my home warranty, assuming this is the only way they are able to get business. While here, the guy diagnosed the issue and let me know he has to ensure the warranty will cover it and if not, to call back and they would give me an estimate for the work. HSA denied my claim (although it should have been covered) and I intend on filing a lawsuit with HSA. I called this company back to get the quote (they were already out here, took the money for the diagnosis, and told me they had given me a quote), and they told me they would be out the same day, if not the next morning. I then have a voicemail the next morning that they **do not have the time and will not be doing the work**. This company is very crooked and I am half-convinced they inaccurately diagnosed the issue to get out of doing any work. I would highly suggest using any other company and I would suggest protesting if your home warranty tries to sign you up with these pieces of s*** people. Their service call that I paid for became completely worthless to me, they should not have the right to refuse to perform the work that they were paid to diagnose. Looking into the law, and seeing how I can seek damages. Feeling completely taken by BOTH of these companies.

Free inspection and quote was detailed and tailored to not overspend to include inspection by the city. costs are very reasonable and included all requests for the upgrade details, nothing I asked for was left out. I recommend and will continue to use for all my electrical needs.
