When my laptop suffered the blue screen of death and refused to ope I consulted Total Tech Geeks. Dinesh replied promptly, arranged a no-contact pickup in accordance with Covid-19 pandemic rules, and repaired the laptop in a reasonable period of time for a fee, including the cost of new hard disk, that seemed quite fair. He was easy to work with, excellent at answering my questions and very accommodating. I recommend Total Tech Geeks highly.

Unfortunately they were not able to completely fix my problem. They think it is my router. I am not sure. They were a pleasure to work with and very amenable to help and did their best to try to fix my issues. My problem is very complicated and I believe required more that just a normal situation. Under different conditions I would not hesitate to recommend and work with them again. They were very professional and compliant to my needs.

They will pick up and drop off equipment and do good work. My laptop had multiple issues and required lots of return visits to correct. Seems attitudes and politeness were wearing thin towards the end. But they did finally resolve all issues and give me a reliable laptop I paid for.
