Total Tree

They did remove the tree, but left a large indentation in my lawn where the tree fell when they cut it down. I could live with the indentation, if that was the only problem, but it was not. Since I also paid to have the stump removed, I am completely unsatisfied with this portion of the job. Since they did not clean up very well, I discovered after removing the wood chips from their attempted stump removal, that a good portion of the stump was left, with some even being above the surrounding ground level. I called and/or texted them about a 5 or 6 times and I was told they would come back to complete the job. They still have not returned and the work was done at the end of May, 2017, and it is now more than a week into July. They were paid in full the last day they were here in May.

They were overpriced and were not equipped to do what they said they could do. The job was not done completely. I should have not paid the full amount until it was finished to what they promised. I would take them off your site.

Did a great job. Timely, polite, helpful at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job and getting hold of them was difficult at the beginning. Glad I got connected because the job was done well and it was a fair price.

Same day service for dead tree removal and respond quickly to call back. I was impressed others called hours later. After the fact.

The did not complete the job they said they would do and did not listen to what we wanted them to do. Took them over two weeks to do the job half way and did not return my calls. I would never hire this company again, they were very unprofessional and left me with an awful experience.

The professional is very polite, and was respectful to all my needs.
