"Thank you, Ray! We appreciate your business and hope to hear from you soon regarding your other projects!"
"The initial call received for this project indicated a leaking relief valve which was on the hot side of the water heater, very commonly installed in new construction for a period of time. During the initial conversation, the customer was advised that it was possible that this relief valve simply failed and it was also possible that there was some sort of underlying issue that may be causing this. The easiest fix was to first replace the relief valve. If that continued to blow off, then to look into other options. This was specifically discussed with customer and I made it a point to let him know that it was possible the relief valve."
"Thank you for the recommendation and review! Great customer to work for!"
"Mark - It was a pleasure meeting you. The head lamps were a big help! We also thank you for your confidence with respect to the other projects you have hired us for since this one. Talk to you again soon!"
