Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Awoke New Year's morning to a leaking water heater. Through HomeAdvisor, I contacted Kyle (@TWC) and quickly arrived at a plan and price. By end of the next day, the old system was gone, a new system was installed and the hot water was flowing ;-) Kyle and Brandon did an outstanding job: arrived on time, explained the process, and provided a professional product and workmanship. Thanks guys!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Kyle responded right away for my request for a quote to replace a water heater. I accepted the quote on Wednesday evening. Kyle and Brandon arrived early Friday morning and the job was complete in about 3 hours. Workmanship was excellent and they were both very courteous and friendly. Would recommend this company and will use them again.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
This company provided the wrong diagnosis for the problem I was having with my leaking water heater. They charged $200 to replace a pressure relief valve that did not need to be replaced. When replacing the pressure relief valve did not resolve the issue with the leaking water heater, they advised me to replace the water heater altogether. They were more than happy to provide this service and provided a quote for over $2,000. Skeptical of their recommendation, I declined to have the water heater replaced with them. I got a second opinion from a plumber I have used in the past. Im glad I did! I was able to avoid the costly and unnecessary water heater replacement by simply replacing the expansion tank. Replacing the expansion tank cost less than the $200 these folks charged me to replace a perfectly good pressure relief valve. Long story short, I would not recommend this company.

"The initial call received for this project indicated a leaking relief valve which was on the hot side of the water heater, very commonly installed in new construction for a period of time. During the initial conversation, the customer was advised that it was possible that this relief valve simply failed and it was also possible that there was some sort of underlying issue that may be causing this. The easiest fix was to first replace the relief valve. If that continued to blow off, then to look into other options. This was specifically discussed with customer and I made it a point to let him know that it was possible the relief valve."

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Kyle was immediately responsive to my request through Home Advisor and we discussed my issues with my hot water heater. Unlike other pros - who want to schedule a visit and then give you a quote, Kyle make it very easy and asked me to send him a few pictures where he was easily able to discern what was needed and gave me a fair quote. And now a week later, I have a new water heater installed and job took a little over half a day. I would recommend them.
