This is the second time I needed the help of Total Waterproofing, Inc. Brian did a great job both times. He is friendly and professional. Goes above and beyond to help and to be sure the work is done correctly. He explains and I learn as he is doing the repair.

Brian sealed 6 moist areas in my basement. On a Sunday I called re: a 7th area where I noticed some moisture. He called back & asked me to email a picture, & he was here on Monday to take care of it. He seems very knowledgable about the business & is very conscientious about making things right.
