I just had a Bruno VLP outside lift serviced by Total Lift and have nothing but positive comments about Paul and the service techs I dealt with. I searched Angi’s for someone to do service on the lift, and Paul contacted me within minutes to talk about what problems I was having and how they could help. Angi listed 3 lift repair companies, Total Lift responded within minutes, the other two never contacted me at all. The service tech assigned to perform the work was on time, friendly and courteous. The last time the lift was serviced was about 5 years ago, so his job was harder, but he really did a great job. The price of the parts and service was very fair, to the point that I purchased an annual service contract which includes 2 visits yearly for general maintenance checks. I do not hesitate to recommend Total Lift to anyone needing repairs and installations of lifts.

The tech that was sent out to fix my moms elevator was prompt, well mannered and was professional at all times. at no point did they try to uncharge my us or make us invest on additional services that were not needed. they went over the invoice and other maintenance needs that may come up down the line. would use them again in a heart beat
