Blinds or Shades Repair

They were hired to repair mini-blinds. First they repaired some of the mini-blinds but forgot to take two sets with them. They returned the first set repaired and then stated there was an additional charge to reinstall and would not reinstall until they received the additional funds. They took the two other sets with them and after numerous promise dates to deliver they acknowledged they lost the blinds and now do not return calls. This was our first experience with HomeAdvisor.
