Too expensive!

This is interesting. I arrived on time. I went over, above, and beyond on this job. I even tried to clean up the rat nest of wires but was asked not to. Please keep in mind that I did not sell these components to Cyrus. They were all old (except for the new entry-level Onkyo receiver), mismatched, and purchased elsewhere at different times. This project consisted of a bunch of mixed equipment of all brands. One of the components did not want to pass the video properly through the HDMI. I narrowed down the problem, then fixed it. The purple color was now gone and the picture looked great. Cyrus then asked me to change the receiver to a different one that he had in his back bedroom. He went to get it, brought it back and I did. He then wanted to switch it back. I did. I then made everything work once again using an HDMI device that I supplied. Total cost: $375.00 Cyrus, I am sorry that this was too much for you. Fact is, I sell my time and you asked for a lot of it on this day. I actually even tried to find a way to tighten up the total before I asked for payment. This was not too expensive and these ratings are way out of line. I don't think it is anything that I did. I really tried to help just like I always do. Thank you for sharing.

These guys were great. Communication skills great. Standards great. Reliability great. This was new construction. We are old, so Dominic's challenge was to help us to consider future needs with our new construction. They were a pleasure to work with.

Dominic was prompt to respond to my initial inquiry, and showed up the next day with a team ready to do the installation. Very professional team, sticklers for detail and highly explanatory along the way as adjustments needed to be made to accommodate a somewhat tricky installation. Despite a job that probably took longer than anticipated, Dominic was true to his bid and didn't stop on the work was complete to his exacting standards. Highly recommended, and I would certainly use them again.

Dominic and his team were outstanding. They quickly analyzed the problem, explained several options for me, and upon realizing my needs, set about the fix. They worked quickly and carefully, checking that everything worked at every stage, and pointed out steps I might take in the future to further improve my situation. They even steered me away from the more expensive options when they realized these changes were not necessary to meet my real needs. I've already recommended them to others and will definitely use them again, in future. I'd also like to point out that they responded very quickly to my initial online inquiry, and fit in my appointment (and the fix) on their way to another job early the next day. That was above and beyond the call of duty!
