Dominic was prompt to respond to my initial inquiry, and showed up the next day with a team ready to do the installation. Very professional team, sticklers for detail and highly explanatory along the way as adjustments needed to be made to accommodate a somewhat tricky installation. Despite a job that probably took longer than anticipated, Dominic was true to his bid and didn't stop on the work was complete to his exacting standards. Highly recommended, and I would certainly use them again.

Dominic and his team were outstanding. They quickly analyzed the problem, explained several options for me, and upon realizing my needs, set about the fix. They worked quickly and carefully, checking that everything worked at every stage, and pointed out steps I might take in the future to further improve my situation. They even steered me away from the more expensive options when they realized these changes were not necessary to meet my real needs. I've already recommended them to others and will definitely use them again, in future. I'd also like to point out that they responded very quickly to my initial online inquiry, and fit in my appointment (and the fix) on their way to another job early the next day. That was above and beyond the call of duty!

The gentleman showed up on time, looked at my equipment and gave me some suggestions on what to buy. He did not "fix" anything. My system was exactly the same as when he left as arrived. He charged me $250.00!

"I am sorry that you feel that way. As much as I want to leave this comment alone, I do feel the need to ask, why did you pay $250.00 for nothing? Also, if you hire a professional to work on "anything" and that professional suggests that you might need a part or two, to make whatever it is work, why wouldn't you take the professionals advice? It is important to listen to the advice of the professional doing the work, most of the time. We have over 25 years of experience in this field and have cross trained in others. We know what we are talking about. Once again, sorry you feel that way and that you didn't find the advice given valuable."

I hired Dom to internally wire cable to two rooms in my home. He came over for a consultation and gave me an estimate that I agreed to. On the day of the project he came to my house, looked at the crawls space and told me it was too muddy to do the work. It had been raining for weeks, I am not sure why he didn't anticipate that there would be some mud underneatht the house. So, basically he told me he was unable to do the work and that we would have to reschedule. I was counting on this project to be completed ahead of the x-mas holiday and now i will not have the work done so i can enjoy movies and holiday sports with my family. I won't be bringin Dom back for the project.

"It is unfortunate that this customer views being able to watch a sporting event as being far more important than 1. safety 2. a clean install 3. crawling under a home in "flood like" circumstances on a stormy day, in water risking illness. I had a bad feeling about this install even before I decided to take it on. This customer commented multiple times on the importance of "social media" and how he would be reporting good things if we did the job. I guess I should have guessed that by asking to reschedule the project for the benefit of all, he would make such a report. I find his comments unfortunate, incomplete, disappointing, a bit sad."

Totally Wired Homes is the BEST!. When dealing with Smart TVs, Smart Receivers, Surround sound issues and connectivity this is the company to call. I spent hours trying to hook up a new HDMI receiver ;replacing and older non HDMI receiver. All of the wiring was fairly sophisticated with Radio Frequency etc. Location of TV, WIFE, speaker position and cable box. I considered myself somewhat of a Tech Expert. These new SMART everythings are smarter than any of us. Who would have thought that the TV 20Ft HDMIU cable was undirectional. Dominiic was called Sunday morning, came out later that day and diagnosed the issue immediately. Had additonal advice and options for hook up and integration. Clearly knew his stuff. Profesisonal, friendly, patient, easy to work with. He also does design work so I have passed on his reference and card to many of our frineds. those that want to design AV in the home and those that have issues with their current set up that needs to be solved. He is the reincarnated MARCONI of the new 22nd century era. I called Dominic

TV Wall Mounting
We wanted to relocate our TV to another location in our living room, and needed a TV cable added to that wall. Dom said he could do it in about 15 minutes. I had figured about two hours. It was done with almost no mess. After the TV was moved he then contacted Comcast to reprogram the TV for the new cable and get it working. I would recommend Totally Wired Homes to anyone
