I hired this company to remove old mulch, level my front and back yards, remove weeds, clean up the backyard, haul away dirt and debris, and install new mulch. The yard does look better, and I appreciate the amount of dirt and debris they removed. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The crew arrived about three hours late, and the job wasn?t completed until the following day because they underestimated the materials needed. The experienced workers left to start another job, leaving inexperienced workers at my home, and I had to explain and direct much of the work myself. Several tasks we agreed on were not completed properly, including removing weeds by the roots and fully cleaning the backyard of leaves and debris. The delays forced me to rearrange my schedule and cancel other commitments. I was also asked to tip the workers because the company underestimated the job, which I did not feel was appropriate. I would not rehire or recommend this company to anyone.
