Hilton Head is my part time residence so finding a reputable company that will show up and do the work was important. I interviewed one other company and I did like them. However, Eric and Deborah had the extra knowledge and response time to my questions and concerns that made me and my husband decide to use them. I am so happy I did I will use them again if I need more landscaping projects done. Deborah communicates every detail with you prior to the start of the project. Eric and his team work HARD! They do not waste time getting the job DONE! They also did not leave a trash laying around for my dogs to get into like contractors I have used in the past. They were polite and even came back to fix one very small detail. They were very patient with me answering all 100 questions I had. You can call this company and rest assured Deborah and Eric will treat you right!

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to our need to supplement and improve the existing landscape and add a paver patio. The onsite team was professional, diligent and reliable. The entire project was completed on time and within budget. It was a pleasure to deal with Toucan and I would highly recommend them for any landscape project.

I engaged Toucan to design and install a new landscape plan for a newly built home that had minimal front landscape and no back landscape. Eric listened to our requests and came up with a written landscape plan that really suited our needs. His team executed on the plan promptly and as a result the yard looks 100% better. I would hire Toucan again if I needed more work done on our yard.

The team at Toucan Services were great to work with on our backyard patio renovation! They were so quick to come out to survey the area and provide us an estimate. We had lots of questions along the way as we were overseeing the project from afar, and they were always quick to get back to us. The project only took half a day longer than expected and came in just slightly over what was quoted (due to needing to purchase more pavers). We couldn't be happier with how it turned out and would highly recommend Toucan Services to anyone!!

The design work was exceptional and they proved to be very flexible with change requests after the project began. The quality of their work was excellent and has generated numerous complements form neighbors, friends and others who have seen the finished product.

The Toucan gang helped us with a very time sensitive project. In February of 2018 we asked for their help for a project that had a deadline of mid-May. Through good planning and a crew of hard workers, Eric provided us with colorful perennials on all sides of our home. They installed a hardscape border wall, a large water feature and complementary lighting. Despite the compressed timeline, the work was completed on time for the Garden Tour. Bottom line... a splendid result for a fair price. By the way... Eric's perennials are much more 'deer resistant' than mine.

Great work ethic. Team was very accommodating in helping with chores I was doing. Neighbor compliments began the first day and are still being offered. We are using them again for a complicated pool paver project and can’t wait to see the end result.
