Great experience. Joe the project manager ensured everything was completed with high quality. Reis gave us a bid via email with photos. He answered all of our questions via email so very efficient process.

Kyle was the project manager to remove existing floor tile in our master bathroom and install new porcelain tile. There was a short delay after Kyle removed the existing tile but that was no problem as the installers had a large job that took longer than expected before my installation. The installers arrived in two days and found out that the floor needed to be leveled. They applied a floor leveling product. They were afraid that they would have to wait until Monday to come back. Kyle called me back and had arranged for a different installer that had finished his job early to perform the installation the next day (Friday). I am very pleased with the quality of work. Kyle communicated along the way and kept me updated on the schedule and any changes that came up. I was very impressed with the preparation of plastic covering to keep the rest of the house clean and protection of the floors leading to the bathroom. I highly recommend Touchdown Tile for your project.

Workmanship was appropriate for this job. I have paid twice as much and have not gotten as good as result. I would definitely hire again. I will have to wait for the long term result , only time will tell if I have any problems how it will be handled.

Reis was very considerate and helpful. People arrived as I was told to do the work. Shower tiling is gorgeous. Something have fallen into the tub drain and was stopping it up. They came out and fixed it right away.

Reis and partner were timely to arrive to the job site as arranged. They were friendly and answered our questions if we had any. They completed the job quickly without inconvenience to us. He fit us into his schedule two days after out initial contact. He responded by email promptly. The tile looks great! I'm very excited to have this project moving forward. The price was a value, we had a couple other quotes and his price was by far the best. We will definitely look to use him again with our next bath tile project.

Archway did a great job on our kitchen backsplash. Reis provided a quote on the very same day he came out to review our project. He and his partner worked quickly and were very professional. We couldn't be more pleased with the result and would use Archway again on our next project.

I had stalled on my bathroom tiling, floor was done by myself but needed smeone right away to tile the walls and grout in order to comply with some refinancing I am doing. Excellent job and service. Reis called on Monday morning, had an estimate that evening (5:00 appt.) and the work was completed on Wednesday in 1 day instead of 2. Great cleanup and now I can move forward with the rest of the bathroom and be finished in a week. Reis is professional aand a nice guy and I will recommend him to others.

Archway will be returning to install our back splash after the countertop is in place. However so far they have been amazing! The ceramic floor and under floor heating system were completed to perfection! The guys were very helpful, courteous, and professional. We are so very happy we went with this company:)
