Carlos was absolutely awesome. He was punctual and very thorough and deliberate with his home inspection report and his conversation with me regarding the inspection. I would highly recommend Touchstone.

Carlos was immediately responsive and extremely thorough and professional throughout the process. He takes pictures and breaks things down in an easy to understand format for you and the laborers who will fix any issues he finds. He got the inspection done and report emailed to me within a 12 hour period. That's extremely quick considering how many clients he must go through in a given day. I will definitely use Touchstone and Carlos again when building my next home.

As a homebuyer / first time homebuyer a home inspection is a must. Carlos did a fantastic job; communicating, explaining the process, and attention to details. The house he was inspecting was 3,500 sqft and he spent over 4 hours meticulously inspection every inch. Making notes about everything, the report was over 100 pages when he was done. This really help my wife and I make an educated decision about the house. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough home inspection!

Carlos was knowledgeable, efficient and very thorough. He found things that I would never imagined too be wrong or defective. He took the guesswork out of the equation. I am purchasing from out of state and haven't been able to keep up with the progress of the house. I feel super confident about my house purchase. I would use him again and again.
