Tower 3, LLC

Where to start. We hired Tower 3 to basically gut and remodel most of our first floor including the kitchen, living room, and utility room. Among numerous other issues, the project was plagued by poor communication or simply ignoring requests, lack of project management, inability to execute simple requests (including having to beg them to redo the placement of 6 linear can lights, so they would actually be in a straight line-absurd. We even had asked something that so clearly should be assumed), and a severe lack of attention to detail which became laughable in the end. (The patio door remains painted shut after multiple attempts of their team finishing the project ). We are still cleaning paint off of random surfaces. We are having to redirect lighting to avoid the visible nails in the completed and painted drywall. We are entirely dissatisfied with their work and wish to save you from making our mistake. In the end, we had to pay Tower 3 to fully execute and complete the contract which released us to hire another team of actual professionals to finish the project. They have been the most communicative company and we cant say enough about the frequency of communication. They keep us aware of everything and also keep our budget in mind. They have done things that have improved the quality of the project and appearance. They have taken ownership on everything and has made this a very pleasant experience.

Tower 3 is very responsive, communicative, honest, and trustworthy. They take great pride in their craftsmanship!

I thought that they were very reliable when we were working with them. They were very responsive whether the project was small or large. I had several different size projects that I needed help with and I got the same respect and professionalism with all of them no matter the size of the job. I was very happy with my experience working with them!

I think I was one of a handful their first clients as a new business. I feel like they did an especially good job and took care to make sure that they were creating good reputation in the community, and they did just that. They are good people doing good work and the type of people you can trust on both sides, both with the quality of work and quality of people you are working with.

They have done multiple projects for me, done them beautify, all at a very reasonable price, and I find them trust worthy.

We loved tower 3, they did excellent work, they have great integrity work and they do an awesome job.

I appreciate the communication that they have with their customers, they did exactly what they were supposed to do.
