My garage door broke on a holiday- they called me that day and were out the next morning- earlier than they initially stated. Frank was very polite and professional and fixed the door quickly. He made sure the door was in working order before he left. I even recommeneded him and Town and Country to a friend whose garage door spring broke- again, he did an excellent job. Billy was the technician that came out twice to do different repairs on my garage door. Both times I was given a 2 hour window for repair and he showed up at the beginning of the window and got both jobs done in a timely manner, He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I poured over countless reviews and they ended up first on my list to call. However after speaking with the rep on the phone I ended up just going with them and I am happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.
