The roofing was done in one day, and siding in four days. I had other contractors before for different projects but none can even be close to Town House Exteriors.I give them a perfect 10.

They were top notch and professional. They came, did the work, cleaned up, and left. You would never know that they were there except for the great new roof and gutters. Beautiful job.

Town House Exteriors did an excellent job on my roof. I needed a tear off job on my garage and received several quotes from area roofers. Town House Exteriors came in with the most reasonable price, quick scheduling and fast service. The job was performed in one day with little disturbance to our yard and plantings, excellent workmanship, and all debris was cleaned up afterwards. They performed everything they quoted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer in the Middlesex County area.

The job is done, and the roof looks fine. However: the contractor was extremely high-pressure. The $700+ discount on the day of his pitch was gone when I agreed to the contract one week later. I'll never get over the sense of being "taken". And, he started asking for a letter of rec (he asked many times) before I even signed a contract! Further, they left my property a mess. They pushed very hard to finish in 1 day, so clean-up occured in the dark. Ive spent weeks cleaning up debris, nails, staples, shingles, etc. My AC unit still has a lot of debris inside and I dont know how to get it out. It took 3 days for the dumpster to be hauled away!

Townhouse Exteriors did a superior job with the roof, however the clean up left something to be desired. I requested specifically to have a mangetic nail sweep of the yard, and called them back after finding many nails on my deck and yard. I am still finding nails to this day.

The estimate process was thorough, the salesman was on time and was available at my convenience. When I chose them to do the job, it was scheduled and work proceeded on that day. Actually, I was away on business on the day the work was done and came home to a new roof. Clean up was excellent. A follow up call and an in-person visit came from their customer service after the job was completed. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of all involved.

They helped me pick the color roof that coordinated best with my siding. They replaced my roof in one day and even replaced some pieces of siding that were near the roof. They came back and inspected and took care of any problems I had right away.

They arrived on time. Completed the project in a timely manner Work crew was polite, professional and cleaned up after the project was completed. Their follow up was very professional and showed they had a concern to insure customer satisfaction and also for feed back about the crew's performance. I would recommend them to any one and will keep them in mind for any new projects I may have in the future.

They gave me an estimate and informed me that any other material that was needed would be extra. They completed the job in one day. They cleared away all the trash. They were friendly and now the roof does not leak any longer.
