About us
Town & Country Services has been in business since 1991 when Bruce & Sarah Vance began as a two-person team cleaning houses for some friends and neighbors. Today, Town & Country is a full-service cleaning business with over 25 employees. About one-half of their service is comprised of residential cleaning with the other half focused on light janitorial, full-service carpet and upholstery cleaning, in addition to post-construction, window cleaning, adding polyurethane finish coats to hardwood floors, and other specialty cleaning. President Bruce Vance serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Residential Cleaning International (ARCSI) and Vice-President Sarah Vance serves as an "Ambassador" for the same organization. Bruce is current chairman of a committee for another professional organization preparing a national certification level test for house cleaners.
