Tom and Jennifer both kept great communication. If there was an issue, they would talk to me about options in a timely manner. They were very honest, reasonable, friendly, and hard working. My 3 season room looks great and if I have any other jobs, I'm reaching out to them. I encourage anyone else looking for a great contractor to give Tom a call. Tell them Richard De La Cruz sent you lol. There's some real shady contractors out there, so I'm blessed to have found Towne Construction.

We were out of town when the roof was done. How nice to return home and see the wonderful looking roof. If it wasn't for the roof we would not have known anyone was here. Very good at returning phone calls quickly, was able to come do the estimate in a day or two, gave me a ballpark figure right away and a final estimate the next day. Cost very reasonable (a good bit lower than the other estimate I got). They showed up and finished when promised and did a good job of cleaning up.

Tom Towne was very courteous and timely along with a crew that knew what they were doing and willing to work with you while on site. Also the warranty program for the brand of shingles installed was a very high selling point.
