I hired them for a backup generator install at my residence, I started adding projects to the job, and they took care of everything!

knowledgeable and efficient

This was a major project, Tommy and his crew installed two Electrical panels. One was the main electrical panel, the other was replacing and upgrading a sub panel in the garage. This required replacing the main wiring from the main panel to the garage. then installing a power outlet for a EV charger for my car. The work was done quickly and on time. and the price was very fair. They went out of there way to make sure all my worries were corrected. I finally connected with Tommy after being disappointed a few times with outrageous quotes and no shows. He gave me a verbal estimate over the phone, showed up on time, and completed the project as agreed. The work was impeccable and his pricing within reason.

The team showed up early in the appointment window. They asked a few questions about the issue I was having with the outlets in the garage. Then they got to work troubleshooting the issue. Once they found the issue they explained the cause. They got everything resolved fairly quickly. Outstanding work.

Townsend Electric is outstanding

Excellent, friendly, and found a simple fix to the dishwasher/disposer wall socket problem. Asked him how much I owed and he told me the fix was so easy, there was no charge. How often does that happen? Not very much in my experience. Tom Townsend was fantastic.

Had difficulty making initial contact, but think we mutually solved my problem. I personally like this person very much & intend to use him in the future.
