Tyler was supposed to install a load bearing beam on my old family room to accommodate a double sliding patio door. He put a double LVL in which did not support the opening. He installed an additional small steel plate across the opening as extra support. He measures the opening height incorrectly which should have been 82* but I only got 81*. When I went outside some weeks later I noticed my trim had dropped on the left-hand side caused by the 2 x 6 wood across my ceiling dropping due to the incorrect beam being fitted. I tried to get my money back, but he ignored my call. He is very unprofessional and I would not use him as a contractor, he does not know what he is doing.

The guy is a nice guy but I'm going to be honest. I told him I liked the job and was happy but, after looking closely I discovered several areas that I could still see the original color. He was almost done painting the house when I noticed he didn't get into some high places. (He didn't have a tall enough ladder) I had to lend him my ladder. He did such a light coat of primer that I could see the original color. I expressed my concern and he primed some areas that were really light but that was it. I know the primer coat should have been all you can see. It should cover the original color all the way. While clearing his paint gun he sprayed out into the yard so bushes and grass are white primer. I know it will eventually go away but still tacky. Over all I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

It is refreshing to hire an individual who knows the meaning of "hustle". Tyler was courteous, punctual,and efficient. Tyler is knowledgeable and completed the task to standard and well within the agreed timeline. The price was fair for the amount of work involved and have since hired him to repair a roof.

Did an excellent job for a fair price. However, the workman came later than agreed due to other jobs. I do plan to hire them again soon for a roofing issue.

Project: Put together an L-shaped desk & a file cabinet.

Cleaned all hardwood floors and other odd jobs. This was necessary since I am elderly and disabled. Extremely helpful and respectful. Have hired him on an annual basis. Excellent work and price.
