Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement

We had Kyle come out in October 2023 to do 150 feet of gutter covers installation. All seemed well until we had a roofer do moss maintenance In April 2026 and tell us that 16 feet of gutter cover is missing. I emailed Kyle with the explanation and photos showing the uncovered gutters and haven't heard back from him. It's worth noting that the uncovered gutters were in locations that we couldn't verify by sight; they weren't visible from upstairs windows, so could only be viewed when on the roof. I paid for 150 feet of covers to be installed and now have to pay another roofer to fix Kyle's work.
