Tra-Bra Services was not able to complete my project due to health issues with the Owner. Tra-Bra was committed to resolving the issue in a timely manner and has provided a full refund for my project. Working with Mr. Flores was pleasant and it was unfortunate that he was not able to complete the job.

Mr. Frank and his assistant worked quickly and even added an extra piece of security to my fence to prevent my dog from escaping.

Mr. Flores installed a pressure treated pine fence in my yard. He was very pleasant during the installation process. About two weeks later I had about a dozen boards that were very warped, and called Mr. Flores, who scheduled a time to come out and replace the boards. He never came, and never called, so the boards were not replaced. Over the last 3 months, more boards are warped, such that the fence has some 3 inch gaps, and now one gate is warped so that I cannot close the gate, and it is causing the fence to lean, because it was not installed properly. I understand that there may be a problem with the quality of pressure treated pine, so there is a materials problem, but we are also very disappointed with the quality of customer service and installation from TRA-Bar Services. We are so unhappy that we are having to replace the entire fence that Mr. Flores installed only 3 months ago. We would be happy to talk to Mr. Flores if he would like to honor his warranty or give us a refund. Otherwise, we just do not want others to have the same experience we had.

Very personable. A family owned business. Good & fast service. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship. I even spoke to his wife on the telephone. They are truly interested in doing a good job at an affordable price. I would recommend them to anyone needing fence work.

Did an O.K. job on the initial project so I decided to persue further work: mistake. Verbally said that four problem areas on fascia boarding would be resolved but after playing a semantics game in writing the work order, only resolved two.

Frank was very professional and answered alll my questions prior to starting, during and upon finishing the project. The fence looks great! Worth every penny..and the price was very reasonable. He left the area cleaner than it was before he started. Would definitely recommend him and will hire him for future projects.

Really liked the work that Frank and team did for me and my wife. It was fantastic. They were quick to respond to our request and did a fabulous job on the work. They were extremely experienced with keeping us informed and were really quite reasonable on the price. I really didn't want to write this review, but Frank Flores left me no choice. Frank was DISHONEST and in the end, he STOLE MY PAYMENT WITHOUT COMPLETING THE JOB. He was hired to replace my fence, but did not use the required materials as per my neighborhood building requirements, nor my specific request to replace the existing fence using the EXACT same materials. After spending some three months trying to track him down, he finally agreed to reconcile the error, for an additional fee. We agreed in writing, and he even signed the agreement. I paid Frank in advance for the work, which he has yet to complete - after Four Months! He has repeatedly ignored my numerous attempts to call and/or text him. When I have been able to corner him via phone, he will agree to a schedule to come out, but then not show up as promised. This project was started in June 2017. It is now February 2018, and I STILL do not have the fence that I requested and have paid for! Its been EIGHT MONTHS, and I cant even get Frank to return my calls to discuss this problem. He left me with no recourse but to post this review. In my experience, Frank Flores and Tra-Bar Services CANNOT be trusted to provide the services they offer. I feel as if I have been LIED TO and CHEATED out of my money! PLEASE DO NOT RISK HAVING THIS SAME EXPERIENCE! DO NOT USE TRA-BAR SERVICES!! I cant say enough NEGATIVE about them to fully express how angry and disappointed I am in my experience with Frank Flores and Tra-Bar Services.

Frank is very professional.He explaneded every aspect of the project and got it done on time in the time requested.He was the most exspensive but I feel he was the best choice for the project.
