Chris was wonderful to work with. He came to remove some heavy items for me which he did without a problem. He was careful not to hit walls and doors. He is courteous and professional. I will be hiring him again for jobs around my house and recommend him highly.

I hired Cris to replace some wallboard in a bathroom; he ended up having to replace studs and insulation due to water damage. I also had him cut down some trees and dead limbs, and pressure wash my house. Windows were sparkling, and solution he used was environmentally friendly. Cris goes above and beyond, his prices are very reasonable, and he is extremely dependable. Cris has extensive knowledge and an array of skills. I would highly recommended Cris for any general handyman needs.

I had contracted two other people found through home advisor besides Chris. He is the only one that thought the project through to the best result. It was a problem that included leaking water which came in when it rained He sealed the wall with an extra layer of plastic and flashing to keep the water out. He is neat, puts things back and cleans up after. I would always hire him for carpentry projects as well as the other things reviewers mentioned

I hired Chris Tracey for a whole day for various handyman work. Chris did a great job for various projects throughout the day, including plumbing work, replacing a stovetop microwave and installing a door knocker. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Very prompt & professional in analyzing my problem ( not getting any water from the Meter to the house) There was an unusual break in the connection between the new PVC pipe at the meter to old "Very old" cast iron pipe in the ground that had a broken off end with no thread on the end. Well Chris knew just how to handle it as He had done it before. In short order he went to the local Hardware store in downtown Fernandina Beach "Amelia Paint & Hardware @ 506 Ash St In a few minutes he had the special connection rigged up and the longest time was spent waiting on the glue to dry

Chris responded same day, and did an excellent job repairing drywall and painting over. He's very friendly, and we appreciate his quick delivery.

Did not do properly the job we asked him to do. Picked out wrong color of paint to paint the outside of the house. Poor stucco job. Over charged us for his labor.
