What a blessing, had been anxious for months didn’t know who to trust. Needed or so everyone was telling me a new furnace and AC. The costs for replacement of the entire HVAC system in the thousands of dollars. Which some people God bless them can afford. However I Had limited resources and thousands to pay from my cancer surgery and vet bills and a mortgage. The larger HVAC companies are driven to sell systems and we all know systems are costly. if you are on a limited budget like me you don’t know where to go. I needed another opinion and I needed it fast. I was out of options. Faced with a summer of possibly no AC for my ailing pup and myself possibly being hospitalized, I was losing hope. Sunday I received a phone call from Tracy Solutions, I explained the problem. Silly me I Set up for 8 in the morning Monday who am I kidding, me and the pup can barely crawl or see at that hour. So we scheduled for 10 AM. They were exactly on time. They looked at the entire HVAC system the furnace is working fine. On to the problem child the prodigal AC, suffering from a history of freeze-ups and recharging especially during hot humid weather. They gave it a dye test with Freon leak stop. This should seal any possible leaks and also determine if upon further evaluation I need new coils or new AC unit. The price was very reasonable and as Thank God would have it within my budget. Eventually I will need to replace the system but it will give this old girl some time. Moral to the story It pays to shop around and give the smaller businesses a try. They own the businesses and their reputations are on the line. Oh and consider getting The maintenance service agreement it is very affordable. Thanks Tracy Comfort Solutions.

Both Kevin and his assistant were extremely nice and made sure to protect my home. Not an easy feat since they had to bring down and airconditioning unit from the attic and put one up( two floors above main floor)

Replaced both the A/C and furnace. The process was very smooth, hassle free and the owner even helped secure financing. Installation was done neatly in a few hours. I will definitely be recommending Tracy Comfort Solutions.

Our furnace failed on a Saturday and was red ticketed the next day by PSEG .On Monday I went on home advisor and received a call from Kevin immediately. he was at my home that afternoon. He gave me a fair price and said that even though he had other calls on Tuesday he would rearrange his schedule since our job was an emergency. He was at our home at 8:00am on Tuesday and by 12:30pm our new furnace was installed and we had heat again. It was 2 weeks before Christmas on top of everything else and we were in a bad situation. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. when they were done they even helped me put back up a wall that I needed to remove to expose the duct work for the job. It was refreshing to me that they wanted to see and wanted me to have a finished product when they left. I would absolutely recommend them for all of your HVAC and AC work. He knew what he was doing

Our A/C guy retired this summer after 24 years. We have been searching for an honest, reliable service. When our AC on third floor broke down, we tried home advisor. The other 2 said couldn’t be repaired and quoted a couple of thousand. Kevin came and in one hour fixed the unit completely for $185!! I signed up for their Platinum Plan for Auto-service. Will use from now on and recommend to all of my friends.

I was without A/C on Sunday evening. I sent a request through Home Advisor to 3 companies thinking I would be sweating it out for at least a day or 2 while I waited for a repair. I received a call first thing in the morning from Tracy Comfort Solutions and they were out to fix my A/C within a few hours. Prompt response, awesome service, and a reasonable price! I highly recommend!!

They were wonderful it was like having your son do the work!! He always responded to any problems we had ASAP and did what ever changes we made right away and with out any questions unless it was not possible. He put 5 mini-splits (A/C) in our home, which he suggested because we have a older home with plaster walls, it worked out GREAT!!! I would use him again in a minute. If you want quality work and an excellent price I use this company.

Outstanding response great work ethic fixed one unit that another contractor told us we needed to fully replaced and gave us an excellent price for the other unit and we’re going to proceed as soon as we finish up the decision on which option to go with.

Pros: very responsive to customer requests and needs, quickly addressed any issues that had come up. Cons: communication and planning could have been better. Initial install was not at all what we expected, HVAC supply looked as though we attempted to repair on our own, no aesthetically pleasing at all, took 2 days instead of intended one day. A condensate pump was left unplugged resulting in water leaking from pump under our laminate floor causing floor to buckle. Kevin responded as soon as he was made aware and troubleshot issue, offered to replace floor. Once HVAC supply was corrected an impressive and professional job was done. I think Kevin is an ambitious and motivated young businessman with a promising future for himself and his business. His customer service, quick response and dedication is admirable. Unfortunately we weren't at all happy with the initial install and subsequent floor damage however Kevin was quick to take ownership of the situation and did everything he could to ensure we were happy with his product and service. His final completed product was a professional job which he should be proud of.

I put the request into HomeAdvisor "Saturday", Kevin called within 20 minutes. He's the owner and the only person I had the pleasuring of working with. He came out the following day "Sunday". When Kevin was on site he identified the issue. Went and looked for the leak in the lines. He was able to identify the issue and we had to order the part for repair. In the intern he did not charge us he filled the R410, We scheduled Kevin to come back out on Thursday and he was able to trace the issue down to the evaporator coil. He gave us a few options on pricing to replace it. He educated me on any questions I had. I can't wait to have him come back and do more work. Kevin came back as agreed and performed the repairs that we agreed upon. He put in a new Lennox evaporator coil, & Pureair Purification System. Work was done and cleaned up quicker then we expected. We will recommend Tracy Comfort Solutions to all of our friends and family.
