Tracy was very kind and considerate. Came to our home 3 different days to help organize our master bedroom and closet. Was very helpful in the way she showed me how to let go of items I've held on to for years. We got alot done in 3 days. I would highly recommend her!! ð

"This is very surprising and coming out of left field. The client requested: moving and need help to declutter my apartment before I move. Who can help me get rid of stuff I no longer need or use? I provided exactly that service in our organizing session, setting up files, helping her eliminate 2 bags of old papers she was holding on to, which she thanked me, said she felt so much better, that I was great company and she would have me back. She seemed confused about my name Tracy Hoffman and my company name not matching up exactly."

Nice lady but she was more concern in nailing the job for months to come than to help me with the goal of getting myself organized. I am sorry but I was not impressed with her organizing skills. In 3 hours a corner in a bathroom just by moving a piece of furniture she thought it was the most amazing thing :(. Tried to manipulate my mind that I needed her and that we were making improvements by chatting.. not really... once she left I was beyond overwhelm, I spent so much money to accomplished nothing.,. so I did it .. yes, in one day I cleaned my room and entire bathroom, and kitchen (my house was never a mess) finances still working but def can do it myself .. thanks but no thanks

On the plus side, Tracey came out the same day because I was going out of town the next day for a week and was very eager for her advice. I was moving into my new office just a few weeks after my return. She did spend several hours (I think it was 3) with me and took lots of notes. However her notes were illegible to me and she never made good on her promise to send me a legible version. While I remembered some of what she said, her notes would have been very helpful when setting up my new space. She charges a lot of money and the least she could have done was made good on her promise. I am very disappointed and would not hire her again. Perhaps I should not have assumed she would be more helpful and had she said you need to take good notes because my notes will be of little use for you, I could have done that.

I definitely felt she overcharged. There wasn't any report prepared. I had to notes for $500.00. Also she felt that that my furniture was too large in the living room. My living room has a couch, chair and Tv, an 2 small end tables. No coffee table. We cleaned our items that were cluttered and made a trash pile. I think she could have provided a detailed report. There was so much information she shared, it would have been beneficial to read through it. I didn't start taking notes until we were almost done as that is when I found out no report was going to be sent. Disappointed for sure.

I think Tracy was absolutely wonderful. She accomplished what felt to us like an impossible task. She came in and arranged our office storage room in a matter of hours. We went from feeling like we would be crushed by a horrible hoarding accident in that room to labels and bins and cleanliness. The whole office feels like they can breath. We are so happy in fact, she is coming in to do our kitchen and accounting section.

Tracy knows a thing or two about organizing, nothing I couldn't do. She was very pushy, cold, and extremely judgmental....to the point of being rude. Would not recommend if you have a big job and need HELP, if you want her to organize your desk, I'm sure she could. Be prepared to hear her personal thoughts on why your house is messy, and have her play shrink. Very disappointed, waste of money. Definitely try her deeply discounted "special consult" before you pay full price for a day with this woman.

"Upon arriving at household, I found that Jennifer was on severe medications and was diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder in addition to other diagnosis for diabetes, etc. I questioned whether I should be working with her because it was beyond the scope of my services. She was living with her mother and her newborn baby. Conditions were near hoarding.. clothes and debris totally covering the floors,rotted food left out. I worked with her for two hours to get a bit of order as I was very concerned for the health of the baby. Apparently she was unappreciative."

I think that she misrepresented herself in order to get the work. She did do one thing--which was to help me organize my files--but she was very unempathic basically. If someone needed just that service I might recommend her--but I still think her price is way to high for what she did. Her refs were very good--we just didn't hit it off.
