They are excellent craftsmen and I would highly recommend them. Their work is outstanding, and they report daily progress on the project. I am very satisfied.

I have very mixed feelings about this company. We had a roof leak which ruined our bedroom and closets. They "fixed" the leak, did an outstanding job of restructuring the bedroom, including new closet configuations, new hardwood floors, overhead lighting/fan, etc. Then it started to rain in earnest, and the leak reappeared. They did return 3 or 4 times, but were unable to stop the leak. This was last fall. My son went on the roof and, within a half hour, found and fixed the problem. TradeMark knew we were leaking but left us with it. They made no attempt to follow up with us and correct the problem. Bad business!

The job was a little delayed because the message between ServiceMagic and Trade-Mark got lost somehow. But once I got back in touch with Trademark, they showed up right when they said they would and finished the job in the amount of time promised--about 1 hour 45 minutes to remove an old electric water heater and install a new one. It is running great--no problems. Also--not mess at the install site in the basement. All cleaned up. Paul at Trademark cleared my drain last summer--a real job as he had to go into our crawlspace and rout out the main drain pipe to get at the clog. So I was happy to see him again on this job.

The plumber arrived a few minutes late but he did call to let me know. He was very nice and accommodating but the problem is that the leak is not fixed. I feel I paid $110.00 for him to tell me that water was coming from the sides of the shower door and we needed to buy some sort of door seal. When we couldn't find a seal like he described, I decided to temporarily stuff a towel between the shower door and the frame to block the water. The leak is less but is still there. To me this says the recommendation was not correct. Now I have to start all over again trying to find someone that can locate the real problem.

He had an early opening and came right over. He was done in 25 minutes. It was great.

they did a great job. they were prompt fast and did an exellent job and i would hire them back anytime.

They did a great job! John and his team were great. They were reasonably priced and all the quality was top notch - besides his plumber! Do not let this deter you however from using Trademark. I would and will use them again if the need arises.

While the price and material quality was great there were some MAJOR turnoffs. First, they promsied a time to arrive and begin the job early in the morning and didn't get the materials and arrive until late afternoon, wasting a day. A one day job became a 4 day job. They also left the tub faucet leaking. Upon calling them I was told for $80 an hour they can come work on my plumbing. What kind of plumber leaves a job with a leaky faucet? Would NOT recommend.

Work was done very professionally. Both of the men were very courteous and showed care in getting the work done. I would certainly use them again.

Response to our somewhat emergency call was excellent. Jon was on the site within 40 mins of our call and within a few minutes had diagnosed the problem and a resolution. Within one hour of the go ahead with the repair, a crew was on site. The work looks good, resolved the issue and was completed in a timely manner. While at the job site, another issue was brought to Jon's attention at our home. Another division of Trademark was availbale to perform the work the next day. We were not able to get the product we wanted, and were assured that what would be provided would satisfy our needs and was the top of the line product, not true.

Too expensive. $100. first half hour, $22. each additional 15 minutes and $44. for use of the tool they brought to clear the drain pipe. A one hour job of cleaning the pipe 75 feet from the outside line cost $200. I would be fine with the time charges, but the charge for use of the tool they brought seemed over the top. The work was completed fine,no complaints in that area. Finally, the check (credit card was not an option) was not made out to Trade Mark Cleaning and Construction, but to the owner's private name. No business name on the receipt either, although I was told the work was guaranteed for 30 days.

Very well done and on time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Came on a Saturday for a replacement of a water heater. I would definitely use them again.

Called within 15 minutes of my inquiry with Servicemagic. They were able to come the same day (within a few hours) to fix my kitchen sink problem!

They were prompt and friendly ,although a little expensive as far as labor is concerned.

He thoroughly solved my kitchen drain problem by hauling his drain snake into my basement crawlspace and getting rid of the sludge in the pipes. Left the house clean, too.

Extremely quick reply to our service request. Partner Paul Campanella handled our case start to finish. We found him to be very courteous, extremely knowledgable, and totally professional as well as friendly. We were very pleased with the timing and a very quick manner in which he did the job. Also very caring about not making nor leaving a mess. The fee was reasonable and appropriate.

I think $152.00 is way to much for an hours work is way to much and thats including his travel time to Home Depo to get parts. A plummer should have parts on his truck. Thanks
