Zero customer service skills by Rich K. after project completion, concerns with customer satisfaction with quality during final walk around non-existent unless willing to pay for it. Blame the customer and the house. Failed thorough clean up. We are concerned with service under warranty being honored.

Richie was the best. He came out on a Saturday when no one would help us on a weekend with our leaking roof. He got up there, spotted the damage, put down a tarp to prevent more damage, and then inspected the rest of the roof. He found hail damage from an earlier hail storm. We filed a claim with our insurer and it was approved. Richie and Trademark agreed to do the job for the settlement amount -- it didn't cost us a dime. Then they scheduled the job within two days of us getting the insurance payment. They did our whole roof -- 40 squares -- in one day. This is the hardest working roof crew I've seen. Here at 7am working straight through until almost 7pm with only a lunch break. The biggest thing is that they're trustworthy and responsive.
