Travis was excellent to work with, very professional and honest. The carpet and flooring was installed quickly and the quality was everything he said it would be. Installation guys were easy to work with and clean up was great, no issues for me to deal with. Also pricing was more than fair. I got two other bids that were higher, but I was so comfortable with travis, I wanted to give him, a small business owner, the opportunity to prove his company. Thank you Travis, I will use you again in the future.

Zac was very pleasant and professional. The quote was straightforward no trying to talk me into it before I had a chance to collect other quotes. The installers were professional and good at what they did. Being an English only speaker I would have preferred a little more English speaking, but I get it. In the end the work was excellent.

Zach and Travis are very knowledgeable and made it easy to select flooring by bringing samples to our house. I was impressed that the bid price to replace flooring in multiple rooms in our house was much more reasonable then other bids. The quality of the work far exceeded what we expected and has added much value to our home. The work crew was polite and courteous. Both Zach and Travis followed up to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the service from beginning to end. Great job!

Great service all around! From the owner Travis and his knowledge of floors to Zack that came out and measured to the installation crew (which were very quick installing- done same day). From the beginning to the end EVERYONE did an awesome job! I had been searching for months with what type of floor to go with and what company to do the install and this company is hands down the BEST! From the quality to the price. I can t say enough. I will definitely be using them again for our next projects!

Sue and Travis both were a pleasure to work with. They were like talking to family. When the guys came in to remove/install the carpet, they worked like little ants. Efficient and methodically planning each room and where my son were as well. If they needed something or had questions, they were polite. They cleaned up after they were done and asks me to do a walk thru. I am still amazed that they got the house done in a little over 5 hours! Will definitely be using again and recommending in the future! I still have 1 room that I can redo...media room Sue! Thanks guys!!

Great experience working with Sue and Travis on sales side. Overall, I am content with my decision to work with Trademark and the work they did. Price was competitive and Sue helped me pick out the right carpet for what my needs were. My only poor experience was related to the contractor that installed floors. I felt that he was not prepared based on showing up to the wrong address, not bringing the right tools for the job, and not knowing what the job entailed. Additionally, he initially told me it was going to take 3 hours, and it ended up taking 6 hours (to which he claimed was due to the amount of furniture that I had). I was pleased with the end product after having inspected the work. I wouldn't have felt as comfortable if I wasn't there to be able to watch over the work that was done and ensure that there were no corners cut. Again, positive experience working with Trademark. Contractor just felt lazy in some areas. I feel confident that if I were to have any issues that Travis and Sue would be all over it.

I called, they came out, but they didn't give me a quote- saying they'd get back to me about it. I haven't heard from them since even though I've called and texted. I saw where Susan Rugg read my texts, but she did not respond back. People are quick to come out on the initial visit and then you'll never hear from them again. Too busy to return phone calls as needed.

The floors were nicely installed and look beautiful. They were less expensive than expected and come with a good warranty. The only issue we had was that the floors were not completed on time, but the company gave us a concession on the price for this, which we appreciated.
