Trademark Swimming Pool Service and Maintenance

We have been using trademark for the past three years. We are 110% satisfied. Last week called the team for a blown filter. Needless to say we were having a party the next day. Trademark got us up and running. Till the new filter showed up. We love there online services and request for service to submit a reques ticket all can be done online. Jeff started out very responsive and on top of things. As the total remodels of our indoor pool continued, he was dismissive and less interested in making things right, expecting for us to settle, for the wrong colored coping, and not believing us when we told him it was wrong. There is one final repair that is needed, and we cannot get him to return phone calls. We have already paid for it in the total cost of the pool remodel. First, his excuse was that he was swamped during the summer, then he blamed a production slowdown on the part we are waiting for on the coronavirus. I can not imagine what the issue is now that all outdoor pools have been closed. He continues to put us off and the repair has been on hold for months. When I recently was able to get him to answer his phone, he claimed he thought the work had already been done (?!), and then said the repair would be made either *Friday or Monday*. When I contacted him to find out what time he would be coming by today (Monday), as he did not show up on Friday, he did not return my message. This is a simple repair of an eyeball valve, and once that is completed we are done with his company.

Jeff has been great thru process. Was quick to contact me when I was looking for pool services. He came out within day or two to take a look and had bid that same day. Jeff and Brian put new liner in. Looks great! And they were extremely nice, clean, professional. I would/will recommend them for sure! THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 4 HOURS, IN THE HEIGHT OF THEIR SEASON, AND FIXED MY POOL HEATER, WHEN MY CURRENT SERVICE SAID IT COULD NOT EASILY BE FIXED, AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER MEMORIAL DAY TO GET IT FIXED
