We called on a very hot Sunday because our AC wasn't working. He came out within an hour and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I would recommend him to everyone. He was friendly and knowledgeable. If we ever have trouble again, I will not hesitate to call him.

My furnace stopped working. I initially contracted them for a repair and they were polite and prompt returning my call. Upon further inspection of the almost 20 year old furnace, my heat exchanger was cracked. I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new system. They were polite, efficient, clean, and very professional. Tradesman Joe's service was very professional. He explained exactly what he needed to do and gave us 3 different options depending on our price point. We had him install a new furnace with attached humidifier, some duct work, new air conditioner, new thermostat and new hot water heater. He took time to explain how the thermostat worked and answered all questions we had along the way. He also did all the leg work on getting our rebates. We couldn't be happier with his quality of work which was confirmed by the building inspector.

Joe came at 9:30 on a Sunday morning because my furnace was acting hinkey. He tested things and diagnosed the problem(s). He will return on Thursday to make further repairs. He is aware of my financial situation and tried to find the most economical solution.
