Father and son team were on time. Did work in a reasonable time and cleaned up after work was complete. Very professional.

They were kind and willing to investigate possible solutions after having a pre-position that running a cable line to other rooms in a condo would be very expensive. They were very cautious to not make unnessary holes or damage walls, which the homeowner appreciated. They consulted the owner with recommendations and each next step along the installation process.

The team Smith (father & son, Parker Smith)were great. I thought that an extension was in the fan box, but it wasn't. They waited about 45 minutes until my wife picked one up, then installed the fan. They also discovered a wiring issue from the original electrical hookup that they fixed and still charged me the price they quoted me over the phone, which I thought was quite reasonable. I am going to use them to install a fan on my outside porch eventually. I would highly recommend them!!!
