We scheduled an annual check-up on the furnace. Cracks were found in the heat exchanger so our furnace had to be shutdown until repairs could be made. The folks at TradeWinds measured to determine what we really needed. We discussed the needs on Friday evening. We selected the furnace. The repairs were done professionally on Monday. We were kept informed. The guys did a beautiful job installing the furnace and cleaning up. We were impressed with the professionalism and experience of these guys. We look forward to working with them again for annual maintenance or air conditioning needs in the future. These guys are very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I recently switched my boiler maintenance to this company and very glad I did! They found the cause of the "FO5" trouble code in seconds and were able to answer any technical questions. They knew about the importance of neutralizing the condensate, something that my previous HVAC company knew nothing about. I highly recommend them!

Tech was very knowledgeable and able to educate me on my first boiler radiator heat system, as well as completing multiple repairs on site during annual maintenance visit. He had another tech who was able to run parts for him, and completed the work extremely efficiently. He could provide quotes for specific parts and fixes nearly instantly , thus there were no unexpected up charges. I highly recommend this company.
