Rick was on time showing up, work was done in a very timely manner and he explained in full detail how the new panel board worked and the final price was lower then first stated. I will hire Tropic Rain again. Great job Rick!

Rick arrived right on schedule and was very courteous and professional. He addressed the problem I called for , but also discovered another problem I was not aware of which could have become a major issue. His cost was VERY reasonable and his service was excellent. Would highly recommend him!

Rick was very prompt and professional. We had NO knowledge of any kind about sprinkler systems and he spent lots of time explaining how things worked and what was broken/not working with our system. He gave us several,options on repairs and we chose to replace the timing box with a better, more cost effective system. He also replaced and/or repaired many of the sprinkler heads. Highly recommend and would hire again.

Rick came out 5 minutes early. Gave me a complete walk through of what he was going to do and showed me some things that I could be doing to improve the system. He set the timing box and everything is working perfectly. He was less expensive than I had expected. All in all I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.
