"I would like to say a few things about this comment. The agreed-upon price for labor was $125 an hour (for 3 people) for not more than a day and a half and the customer would buy material. We agreed to do certain things, and once we started he kept adding things thus extra time was needed. And when I had to go pick up supplies that he was supposed to pick up, this again took one person away from the job to go get the material, thus slowing the progress. Yes, I asked for cash for the materials I did go get, I used cash to pick them up. I am sorry you found the quality of work poor. Yes, it took me longer than the one day (8 hours) and 4 hours in the original quote. But, I stayed until the job was complete. But remember there were lots of "little" things added for us to do that took a good bit of time to complete. I left thinking the customer was completely satisfied as he stated before I left."
"This job was completed in November/December of 2019 (see review from 12/4/19). When we arrived at your home, your home smelled weed really bad. You wanted to do a payment plan, we do not do payment plans. After assessing your home, he told you that your problem was in the roof and you needed to get a roofer because we do not do roofs. He told you he could fix the inside damage, but you needed to get the roof looked at and fixed. You agreed to having the inside damage fixed and that is what was done."
