We called Aaron when we found a leak under our Dishwasher. He scheduled an appt right away and arrived on time. He gave us a number of options, including how we could do it ourselves, and gave us a great estimate. We went with him and he was awesome. Very detailed oriented. He is his own shop, so you are working with the expert. No “sales guy first”, then a crew of guys who sort of know what they are doing and are looking to bilk you. I would highly recommend him and Trails Water Restoration.

Water was entering the house from a main water supply pipe outside the house, soaking part of a wall and carpet in one room in the basement. Aaron came very quickly when I called, stopped water coming in, opened the wall, turned back carpet and removed underlay as necessary, and quickly set up equipment to dry out the area, visiting regularly until all was dry. Excellent follow-up: Aaron went above and beyond in helping me understand the many relevant sections of our homeowners policy, and was very helpful, courteous and pleasant throughout. I hope we never have another leak, but if we do, I know who to call!

I had a dishwasher blow and water was underneath the flooring causing it to come up. He came in and removed the flooring and placed fans and a heater to dry out the areas involved. This took two weeks and through it all I was so impressed with his work and the details he took to insure everything was dry. He placed the machines, so I could maneuver around the kitchen area without too much trouble. He came every day to check and take readings. If I would ever have another water problem I would not hesitate to call him again. I am very particular about who comes into my home to work. I was extremely comfortable with him coming and going. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Aaron did a great job working on our home following a toilet overflow issue which damaged several rooms in the house. He arrived on time, worked quickly to get things dried out, and was always professional and courteous.
