Extortionist - If I could give a negative I would. The prices kept changing day to day. Finally after all extra fees are paid (greater than $1300 we agreed), they are still begging/bully for a tip. The agreed upon time for arrival was 3 pm. They arrived after 7pm, counting steps to add to the fee, asking for more of a tip while putting the bed together at 10 pm

Upon arrival at our home they immediately increased the price by $2,000. We were previously assured this would not happen. They didn?t wrap any of the furniture in plastic instead putting the dirty moving blankets directly on our stuff. They also covered our belongings in packing tape. They used no floor protection. Upon arriving at our new address they arrived in a rented truck not the 18-wheeler we were told would be moving our belongings cross country. He did not bring any tools. He hired day laborers rather than professional movers. Once again nothing was used to protect our floors and our stairs were damaged. Many boxes arrived crushed and a few items were damaged. They nickel-and-dimed us and did not provide professional services. Would not use again or recommend to anyone.
