Unfortunately, this review has taken far too long to post, so I am sorry to those who mistakenly chose this company to do their project. The delay is the result of a mix of being busy with life and the amount of information that had to be collected (this is an abbreviated post due to the Home Advisor character limitation - more details exist that can be shared upon request). Itâ s too bad you canâ t give zero stars, because this company would absolutely deserve it. Save yourself a headache and absolutely do not hire Transblue. Simply put, they have terrible communication, lie, have disorganized and uninformed project management that results in poor quality of work, and they do not complete your project in a timely manner, or in our case, at all! They seemingly have great ratings and all these accolades, but they are all a mirage (the Yelp warning that many of the positive reviews came from the same IP address should tell you everything you need to know - one of our PMs confirmed that Transblue requested that they have their friends post positive reviews). They donâ t care about you, the customer. They only care about themselves and money (and then not paying crews for work theyâ ve done). As long as Dave Wescott, Dave Vetter, and Dylan Moses are in the leadership structure of this company, they will always be corrupt. Wescott has been absent for over a year...not a single word from him about our experience or the performance of his company. We recently spent about 18 months in a stressful, nightmare by working with them (all while our 2-year old son was undergoing a Bone Marrow transplant, which they knew about). We had 4 project managers and 5 different crews over the course of the project. The project was supposed to take 2 weeks according to the President, Mr. Wescott, and it's still not done almost 2 years later. The overall work that was completed is average, at best. Transblue management argued that the work looked great, particularly our fence, despite the fact that every PM we had said it was poorly constructed and should be re-done. Our first PM said this very thing to Dylan, who instead instructed our him to say, "Just tell them it looks great." This is just one example, but there are many. There were countless days of work lost due to poor communication of project details. We essentially had to become the PMs. Some of their landscape design work led to rework or project alterations because of inaccuracies there. The company is just truly inept all around. Transblue cut us loose last July after they violated the terms of a newly signed agreement between us several times. With one of the violations, they collected money from us because we just wanted our project completed and were tired of their neverending BS. We knew they previously had plans to collect money, and then cut and run. Before handing over the money, I wanted their assurances that they would not do that (and even caught the exchange on my doorbell camera), which they gave at that time. They sent an email letting us know the project was ending a few weeks after collecting that payment, citing we were the reason and making up lies to justify their agenda and decision. They had asked the crew working our project at the time to sign a statement indicating we interfered. The crew refused since it wasn't true! Transblue is corrupt and a nightmare to work with, for both customers and subcontractors. They did not pay several of the subcontractors that worked on our project. Theyâ re just a big bully in that regard. Our most recent crew is out a lot of money and doesnâ t have the time or money to take Transblue to court. I donâ t know why anyone would work with or work for this company. They represent none of the ideals and values they state on their website. They are an absolute disgrace.
